The building is undergoing sweeping renovations and I look forward to the finished product. Immediate changes are the cleanliness of the facility. It looks good and it smells good. All the staffs are amazing. Ms. Alex (Manager) is unbelievable sweet, personable and very helpful. The owner Jeff and Ms. Alex always takes time out to make sure that the residents are having comfortable stay and makes sure it feels like home. The maintenance team leader Mr. Flaye is very helpful in every way possible. This place is so well maintained that I have never sent any maintenance request. I am very pleased with this property. "My wife Anjela and I just love the management and staff they really worked with us on getting moved in. New ownership is having it completely remodeled floor by floor and with everything they are planning we may be staying for quite awhile. Love the bamboo hardwood floors and of course the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. They make it so easy to put in a work order to have something fixed and message you when the work is completed. Such a unique building with a lot of history. Has a salon inside a place to store a bicycle. Not to mention there is a doctors office connected in the next building. Great location to area amenities. Quick jump on 20 to Downtown."

"I am a long time resident of The View Tower, a place I love. The view from my apartment is relaxing and peaceful. The round design of the building gives my home a character that I like. The apartments have good air conditioning and heating, nice ovens, and beautiful granite countertops. Having Ashley’s Hair Design in the building is a nice convenience. The new owner has already made noticeable improvements, to an already nice place. It is good to see the new owner working alongside the construction crew as they are remodeling. This shows the new owner cares as much about the building as I do."
